About

Hi, I’m Nachiket.

I’ve always been curious about how things work—whether it’s a business, a process, a product, or even the way people make decisions. That curiosity has shaped much of my journey and continues to guide how I learn, work, and solve problems today.

My interest in business started long before my professional career. As a student, I was always looking for opportunities to create value, from selling old books and basil seeds to experimenting with small ventures of my own. Those experiences taught me some of my earliest lessons about customers, problem-solving, and persistence.

Over the years, my journey has taken me through finance, banking, operations, digital marketing, business analysis, and product-focused work. While the industries and roles were different, they all gave me a deeper understanding of how businesses operate, how decisions are made, and how people work together to achieve outcomes.

One lesson has remained constant throughout that journey: most problems aren’t solved by working harder or moving faster. They’re solved by understanding them better.

I’ve seen projects struggle because assumptions went unchallenged. I’ve seen opportunities missed because the wrong problem was being solved. That’s why I’m drawn to product discovery, business analysis, and decision-making frameworks that encourage curiosity, validation, and thoughtful exploration before action.

In recent years, I’ve deepened this approach through learning and certifications in Product Discovery & Validation, Product Ownership, Scrum, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, and Project Management. These experiences helped me put structure around a mindset I already valued—asking better questions, understanding context, and making informed decisions.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about learning. I’ve explored subjects ranging from personal development and finance to coaching, meditation, and human behavior. I enjoy reading, writing, connecting ideas from different fields, and finding practical insights that can be applied to everyday life and work.

I don’t claim to have all the answers.

What I do believe is that curiosity matters, assumptions should be questioned, and better understanding often leads to better decisions.

This website is where I share my thoughts, experiences, and lessons on problem-solving, business, product thinking, decision-making, and continuous learning.

Thanks for being here.
